Maximizer v12 FAQs

1. What is the price of Maximizer CRM version 12?
Please speak with your sales consultant at Camsoft as the version 12 prices are now available.

2. What's happening with SA (Software Assurance)
In Maximizer CRM 12, Software Assurance is mandatory across all editions, this also applies to Entrepreneur and Team for V11 from the 7/11/2011 until the V12 Editions launch in February 2012.

3. MaxExchange and additional costs with Group Edition
MaxExchange is now chargeable with the Group Edition product

4. Group Edition customer with valid SA (Software Assurance)
MaxExchange will ship if requested with the SA call off at no additional cost.
However, when the renewal is due the customer will be required to purchase SA for MaxExchange at 20% of the RRP

5. MaxExchange for Enterprise Edition
This is included in the price if required. Please indicate on the new space in the pre reg.

6. Partner and Customer portal access
This is chargeable for both Group Edition and Enterprise Edition

7. Customisation Suite
This is included at no cost with Enterprise Edition of Maximizer CRM 12. The customisation suite manuals will not be shipped although they can be requested at an additional cost.
Customers with valid Enterprise SA (Software Assurance) will receive the customisation suite with their Version 12 call off

8. What are the SA (Software Assurance) Shipping and call off details?
SA (Software Assurance) Shipping and call offs conditions:-
1. Shipments to commence from the 5th December 2011.
2. Installation date on SA (Software Assurance) request form must be completed for live or trial systems. (Verification of this date may be requested)
3. There will be no bulk shipments.
4. Shipping will not be charged for SA (Software Assurance) request shipments.
5. Available for certified partners from 5th December, please contact us for urgent exceptions.
6. We will not ship V12 SA requests to none certified partners

9. When will campaigns to SA (Software Assurance) customers commence?
Email campaigns to existing SA (Software Assurance) customers are to commence from 5/12/2011.

10. What are the Entrepreneur/Team edition release dates?
The Entrepreneur/Team edition release date February 2012 (estimated).

11. What about support for Version 10?
Maximizer CRM 10.x end of line will come into effect for Group and Enterprise in May 2012.

12. If I buy Workflow Automation, do I have to buy a SA with it?
Yes, an SA is mandatory for the first 12 months

13. For MS SQL Licensing is there a minimum embedded maintenance requirement?
All MS SQL Licensing must have a minimum of 12 months embedded maintenance purchased with all new and additional licenses.
