In-house Training: (5 hrs)
We offer Maximizer Basic User Training every Tuesday at our Training Academy from 9h30 until 14h00 for a maximum of 6 delegates per session. A training manual and note material will be provided. Light refreshments are served at 10h00 and again at 12h30.
The Basic User Training covers the basics of Maximizer and consists of the following:
• Video - The principles of CRM
• Maximizer Setup
• Login to Maximizer
• My Work Day
• Address Book
• Adding records
• Searching for records
• Interacting with address book entries:
• Basics of Customer Service
• Basics of Marketing Campaigns
• Basics of Opportunity Management
On-site Training
We offer one-on-one training as well as group training sessions for a maximum of 6 people at the client’s premises. The content of the training depends entirely on the needs of the individual or company ranging for Basic User Training, Marketing Campaign Training too Administrator Training.
Maximizer Administrator Training: (3 hrs)
The Administrator manages the entire Maximizer application and the training consists of the following:
• Manage Users
• Manage Security Groups and Teams
• Web Access
• MaxMobile Administration
• Importing and Upgrading Data
• Document Administration
• Time Zone Alignment
