CRM for the recruitment industry

Maximizer CRM is a comprehensive system that will enable you to manage your clients and candidates in a central database throughout the recruitment process. You can store CVs, key documentation and job specifications by using the documents tab or alternatively, the company library in Maximizer CRM. You can also track communication with candidates and clients alike, by ensuring that your phone calls are logged and your email communication is stored alongside the entry’s name in Maximizer CRM.
By using Maximizer CRM you can track potential placements by using the Opportunities module and in doing so keep a record of the all the potential candidates you have put forward for the relevant position.
Web-to-lead forms will allow candidates to upload their details on your website and immediately be created as potential leads in Maximizer CRM, thus filling your pipeline of opportunities.
The user-defined fields in Maximizer CRM can be fully customized to reflect candidate strengths, qualifications and industries to name a few. Colouring rules further allow you to categorize candidates for easy searching. You can even search for text such as “marketing manager experience” within uploaded CV’s. It is little wonder why Maximizer CRM is so popular in the recruitment industry.
